ESPOIRS-Handi : Strategic and Personalised Assessment of Disability Situations by Computer
The project objective is to develop a tool that can describe, assess and conduct strategic and personalised analyses of disability situations.

The purpose is to give a boost to medical development by providing services that enable medical information to be shared to assist with patient follow-up and diagnosis.

The EDITAL database, declared to the French Data Protection Authority (Cnil), is currently hosted by the Saint-Etienne blood establishment for practical reasons. The project involves duplicating it in Auvergne to make it accessible to all healthcare professionals for consultation and then expanding it to include biological and medical data.
