La conférence EGEE'08 Istanbul
Dans le cadre de la conférence EGEE organisée à Istanbul, Matthieu Reichstadt de l'équipe technique LifeGrid a pu faire une démonstration en ligne de la plate-forme bio-informatique1. Cette dernière met en oeuvre une architecture basée sur des services, facilitant et améliorant l'utilisation d'outils bio-informatiques au travers d'une grille de calcul. De nombreuses perspectives et des collaborations nationales et internationales pourraient voir le jour au regard de l'intérêt manifesté au cours de la démonstration.
